The team at Trace Financial are members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) the peak national body for mortgage and finance brokers. As MFAA members we operate within a professional Code of Practice that supports the alignment of the retail mortgage market with investor and consumer trust and confidence.  In accordance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, 2009 , we hold the necessary qualifications and mortgage broking experience. Our team undertake ongoing professional development to ensure we maintain the required competency standards.

Our Principal is also a CPA,  a designation that requires adherence to the highest of professional and ethical standards. You can be confident that we are held accountable to our organisation's high ethical standards as well as being responsible for maintaining the standards of the professional organisations we are members of and the standards set by both the Commonwealth and State governments.

Tracie Elvidge

Principal

Tracie is a CPA, has a Masters of Business and Technology as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She has worked in senior commercial positions for over two decades, holds a number of Board positions and helps organisations and their owners achieve financial success. In her spare time Tracie also continues to pursue her love of music.

 Tracie has experienced the difficulties in finding suitable finance solutions for herself, the businesses she has worked with and the people that owned them. These experiences have provided many lessons and it is these lessons that have led to the formation of Trace Financial.

As the Principal of Trace Financial Tracie is responsible for overseeing all relationships with our business partners, ensuring our customer experience is exemplary and ensuring our customers and partners are provided seamless solutions suitable to their situation.
